I purchased the cross body and didn’t read the directions closely enough, so I ended up cutting through the piece that attaches to my phone, making the product useless. I contacted SaveTheGirls and admitted my mistake and offered to pay for a replacement piece. Instead, they sent it to me for free. It’s little things like that that will make me buy from this company again. Oh, and I used the cross body on my last work trip and it was great! Thanks again!

My original clip tore and was replaced with this plastic clip that is doing very well. I really appreciated the prompt attention to the issue I was having, the replacement of the torn piece and the ease in which they solved my problem.
