I purchased the cross body and didn’t read the directions closely enough, so I ended up cutting through the piece that attaches to my phone, making the product useless. I contacted SaveTheGirls and admitted my mistake and offered to pay for a replacement piece. Instead, they sent it to me for free. It’s little things like that that will make me buy from this company again. Oh, and I used the cross body on my last work trip and it was great! Thanks again!
