Shop failed to deliver. Original tracking was between September 1-3. Every time I tracked that was the ETA. Today I track and it says it was delivered August 31. No way. If you are going to use shop this will be my last order of many. I need a website with accountable customer service not a third party. I don’t care if its chat or AI.
