Returns and Exchanges
'Save The Girls' wants to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied when you shop with us. Each order is uniquely inspected and packaged by hand to ensure accuracy and to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your products. Returns must be in unworn condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping). If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have a defective product, please start a return and we will make it right.

Awesome thin metal and comfortable

I give five stars because of the customer service, and delivery are excellent! I ordered a dark gold chain first, then decided to return, just when dropped off the item at ups, they refunded the money right away. Then I reordered the gold chain which is in the pic that I attached. The deliveries were super fast - both took only two days (maybe because I have an amazon prime account, but still super fast tho).
