Clip & Go Beaded Wristlet Nina Collection

I purchased this as a gift for my 17 year old niece. Unfortunately, it didn’t last a day(stringing broke/untied, beads went scattering). Contacted customer service and received an email promptly from Amy. She had me get and send her picture of the broken item and arranged to send the replacement directly to my niece. She had a new one sent to her within a week. Happy niece! No problems with the replacement. Thank you she loves it!

Love the ease of changing different wristlets and crossbody straps!

Opening the package was such a letdown. I was really hoping this would be the perfect faux pearl wristlet accessory. It's just plastic, faux beads and o-rings. I wouldn't recommend it. Just save your cash.

I now have 3 of these and each one is unique and beautiful! Perfect size for my wrist and the beads are a great size as well. I do wish the phone attachment seemed sturdier, it moves around a bit unlike the black ones. I still recommend this wristlet!
